In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus balance can be withdrawn). Unless otherwise stated, only wagers on eligible game categories count towards wagering requirements. Live casino and slots typically contribute 100%; certain table game bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
bkash9 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related conduct includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies (such as equal-odds covering bets) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that expire before the deadline will be forfeited automatically. bkash9 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
All bets placed on the bkash9 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selection, stake amount, and market before confirming a wager. bkash9 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake entries or misidentification of markets.
bkash9 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: manifest technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or payouts; events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without completion under the applicable sporting rules; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; or bets placed on markets where a clearly erroneous price was published. In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount is returned to the Player's account balance.
bkash9 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player. Maximum payout thresholds are published on the relevant game or market page and may be updated from time to time. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given market will be capped at the applicable limit. Any excess amount above the cap will not be paid.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. bkash9 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of connection instability, disputed officiating, or significant in-game events.
